Anakaren, a first-year MPH student, has led a number of far-reaching community initiatives in the field of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.  She has worked in the non-profit and long-term care sector serving families and individuals living with dementia for over a decade. Anakaren has extensive experience educating families affected by dementia and connecting them with vital resources that promote quality of life.
