Brennan completed his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and a Certificate in Gerontology at the University of Nevada, Reno in 2022. This fall, Brennan will be pursuing his MD at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. Brennan’s experience with gerontology and biology reflects a holistic view of aging and a whole-person, relationship-centered approach to care and support. He began working with the DEER Program in early 2022 and has returned as the Special Projects Assistant until August 2024. As Special Projects Assistant, Brennan works to support several Dementia Friendly Nevada Community Groups, connect with interested community members regarding resources, and assist in statewide progress toward a more educated, respectful, and inclusive Nevada.
